No-Boil Gluten Free Lasagna Noodles

My family eats lasagna once a month, using Tinkyada Gluten-Free Lasagna Noodles. Usually I would boil up the noodles, then make and bake the lasagna. The end result was an enjoyable dish that would quickly get devoured. However, boiling the noodles caused them to stick and break apart, and arranging everything into the 9×13 pan took a bit of work handling the warm noodles. After reading and experimenting we found a way to get the noodles soft enough to bake up in 30-40 minutes, without needing extra sauce or water.

Removing the Boil:

Instead of cooking the lasagna noodles according to the direction, fill a 9×13 pan with the hottest water from your tap. Place the noodles in the pan and let them soak for 25-30 minutes. Drain the noodles and pan. Prepare your lasagna as usual.

It’s that simple A hot water soak softens the noodles enough to come out perfectly aldente when it is served.
