		<description>Have you tried Rice Flour or Tapioca Flour instead of corn meal/masa harina corn flour possibly to make it more like regular flour.  I know i used the corn masa to make a pizza crust once and it turned out pretty well since it is pretty dense to hold together.  Glad to see your first week is going well!
